Diversity Policy
The Colorful Arts Center is firmly
committed to prohibiting harassment or discrimination on any basis. It is
the Colorful Arts Center’s policy to recruit, employ, retain, promote and
otherwise treat any and all Board Members, employees, and job applicants on the
basis of qualifications and competence. The Colorful Arts Center
considers discrimination of any type to be a serious offense and will take
prompt action when it is discovered.
