Purpose of Social Media in the American Orchestra Field - Part 3 - Survey Analysis Continued

Figure 3 displays the results for how social media is, or is not, assigned among various departments within the responding orchestras.  The results indicate that while 45% of orchestras have assigned social media functions to a specific department, another 45% are not specifically assigned and 10% have intentionally assigned these roles to multiple departments.

  2. All orchestras who are members of the League were included in this research. Nashville was sent the survey that caused this analysis in November 2011. If you review Figure 1, you will also see how they compare to other orchestras in America.
